Manager of Acquisitions | American Landmark

Noah serves as the Manager of Acquisitions for American Landmark. Noah has been working at American Landmark since June of 2021 and has been involved in the underwriting and diligence of over $3.5Bn worth of multifamily acquisitions representing over 15,000 units. In addition to underwriting and due diligence, Noah is responsible for Investment Committee presentations and assists with refinances and supplemental loans.

Before joining American Landmark, Noah had previous work experience on the development side with 13th Floor Investments and Greystone & Co. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate Finance from Babson College.
