Kara is a passionate and dynamic leader with an extensive track record spanning over 35 years in the multi family industry. Kara has served as a Regional Manager for over 6 years and held previous other roles throughout her career. Kara began her career in the Houston market and also worked many years in the DFW market as well, bringing value to every company she has worked with.  Kara is highly skilled in training and team building, with a strong knack for maintaining occupancy and income standards. 

Kara holds her ARM accreditation through the Institute of Real Estate Management which she earned in 1998.
