Jennifer serves as a Regional Manager in the Charlotte, NC market, and has been with American Landmark for 4 years. She holds 19 years of industry experience in conventional, tax credit, student housing, construction and lease up, renovations and single-family homes. 

Prior to joining American Landmark, Jennifer held positions with Riverstone Residential, Landmark Residential, Landmark Apartment Trust and Milestone Management. Jennifer holds her bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Central Florida and her Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License.
