Cortney is currently serving as a Regional Manager in Houston, Texas.  She currently oversees 6 properties in Houston and the surrounding areas.  She is tasked with the responsibility of working with each property manager to coordinate the operations, financial health and staffing at each of her assets.  Cortney has been with the AL family for 2 and a half years. She has 13 years industry experience.  Prior to American Landmark, Cortney was an onsite manager with Alliance Residential and Embrey Management Services, specializing managing new construction lease up properties.
