Director of Property Operations & Technology | American Landmark

Sara Vogel serves as the Director of Property Operations and Technology at American Landmark, bringing nearly two decades of experience in multifamily housing. In her role, she oversees the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of all daily operational software, ensuring seamless functionality across the portfolio. She leads the Systems Support team, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting to on-site and corporate teams, and directs training initiatives to enhance user proficiency and adoption of new technologies. 

Sara began her career in property management in the Minneapolis market before relocating to the Tampa area. Prior to joining American Landmark, she specialized in property technology and systems efficiency at Robbins Property Associates and CAPreit. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg.
