Paula serves as a District Manager in the Charlotte, NC market and has been with American Landmark for 5 years. She has over 25 years industry experience in conventional, tax credit, fee managed, and single-family homes.  

Prior to joining American Landmark, she worked with JRK, Invitation Homes, Blue Ridge Companies, Bell Partners, RAM Partners and Equity Residential. Paula is CAM certified and a licensed Real Estate Broker in North and South Carolina.
