Nicholas come to American Landmark with 15 years of experience in the multi-family industry, mostly in the North Texas Region and briefly in San Antonio. He started as a leasing professional, then moved into various roles such as Sr. Leasing Professional, Business Manager, Assistant Manager, and Community Manager. Much of his experience is in lease up and rehab communities. Not only in American Landmark but also through previous management companies, he has been designated as a peer coach and loves teach and train. He says this has provided him with the opportunity to visit many communities to experience other perspectives and challenges. In 2022, he received his CAM certification through the National Apartment Association.
