District Manager | Orlando | American Landmark

Nakia serves as the District Manager for our Orlando region. With nearly 20 years of Property Management experience, she has worked on both conventional and tax credit properties with a passion for large properties and value-add assets. Throughout her career, she has embraced diverse challenges, working on projects ranging from distressed properties to occupied renovations, acquisitions, and dispositions. A native of Washington DC, she joined her journey with American Landmark in June 2019 as a Community Manager. Nakia holds the CAM designation through the National Apartment Association.

Prior to joining American Landmark, she served as a Community Manager with Landmark Residential, Landmark Apartment Trust, and Cortland Partners.
