With over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Jonathan has worked across a diverse range of asset types, specializing in new development, lease-ups, and new construction communities. He has held Regional Property Manager roles with Capstone Real Estate Services, Cushman & Wakefield, and Sares Regis Group, gaining expertise in value-add renovations, build-to-rent/single-family rental communities, mid-rise, garden-style, active adult, and student living communities.

Jonathan began his career in property management as a leasing professional, inspired by family in the industry and a passion for real estate and design. His love for people and commitment to excellence have helped him develop a deep appreciation for the industry. While he did not attend college, he has earned a CAM designation from NAA and remains dedicated to continuous learning and professional development.
