Executive VP for Western Region Operations | American Landmark

Debbie is the EVP for Western markets for American Landmark, and is a Member of Senior Executive Management Committee. Debbie Chatman joined the Landmark family in 2008. Debbie is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations. She has 19 years’ experience with expertise in all variables of multi-family real estate ranging from property management, acquisitions and multi-million dollar renovations. She has an intimate understanding of how the industry has changed over the last 20 years and to what degree those changes impact day-to-day operations.

Debbie holds several National apartment association designations and serves on numerous regional committees. As well as her BA in Psychology from The University of Texas.
