David brings over 20 years of experience in ground-up development, re-development, and stabilized assets. David is well-versed in acquisitions, dispositions, and renovation projects and oversees the property management operations for the Dallas/Fort Worth and Tennessee markets.  He is a results-driven leader with a proven track record of delivering superior asset value and operational excellence.

Before joining American Landmark, David worked as a Vice President of Property Management for Lantower Residential, successfully overseeing a diverse portfolio of new developments and value-add communities, spearheading efforts to enhance operational efficiency, build strong teams, and maximize asset performance. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at Wood Residential, Cortland, Gables, and Riverstone Residential.

David graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement. He also has a Master of Business Administration degree with a minor in Corporate Leadership from Texas A&M-Commerce.
