Director of Talent Acquisitions | American Landmark

As Director of Talent Acquisitions, Daniel is responsible for implementing recruitment processes and strategies for American Landmark Apartments. By discovering synergies between Talent and Employer, we are streamlining the hiring process here at ALA, ensuring transparency and retention.

Prior to joining American Landmark, Dan was an integral part of a fast-paced multifamily recruitment team, generating on-site talent, developing onboarding initiatives, and ensuring new hire satisfaction.  

Daniel received his BBA and MBA in HR for Sports & Entertainment from Iona College in New York.
