Director of Dispositions | American Landmark

Cole is the Director of Dispositions for American Landmark. He is responsible for the evaluation and sale of assets from the firm’s various funds. In his role, he works alongside our operations team, partners, buyers, and brokers to successfully exit properties and realize value to our funds. Cole has facilitated the exit of over 20,000 units constituting over $4B in transaction volume. 

Between joining the company in 2018 and assuming his current role in 2021, Cole worked on the Acquisitions team and assisted in the acquisition of over 24,000 units constituting over $4B in value.

Prior to joining American Landmark, Cole worked as an Investment Sales Associate for Franklin St where he assisted property owners in the sale of their multifamily properties. He received a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
