Codi has over 28 years of experience in the Multi-Family Industry holding multiple areas of knowledge within this field. She has worked on conventional and tax-credit properties with a passion for lease ups and value-add assets. Codi has been involved in multiple acquisitions and dispositions during her career and has worked with several investment firms to provide success in the partnerships they hold. Her focus is on building strong teams that together, will achieve top performing operations. She has supervised assets in major markets such as Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Baltimore.  Codi holds the CAM designation through the National Apartment Association. 

Prior to joining American Landmark, she served as a Regional Manager with Carroll Management Group for 8 years.
