Regional Manager | Jacksonville & Melbourne Markets | American Landmark

Brenda McCarthy joined the AL team with over 20 years’ experience in the multi-family apartment industry. Brenda will lead teams and oversee assets in Jacksonville, Melbourne, and South Florida. Prior to her role at American Landmark, she worked for ZRS Management as a Regional Manager in the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area.  Brenda is a California native and spent many years as a Regional Manager with Equity Residential Properties in Denver, Colorado. She is thrilled to be welcomed as a part of the American Landmark Team in Florida.
