Anna oversees our Tennessee portfolio as Regional Manager and has over 9 years of experience in the multifamily management industry. She has been part of the American Landmark team since 2021 and presides over occupied unit renovations, property enhancements, daily operations, identifies staffing needs and monitors asset performance. She also has experience in commercial, short-term, single-family and HOA property management.

Anna enjoys analyzing financial reports as well as working hand in hand with her on-site teams to maximum productivity and performance through community operations. She works closely with property investors to ensure their requests are handled promptly and efficiently and strives to provide exceptional results. As a member of the Greater Nashville Apartment Association, she also possesses many vendor relationships throughout the Nashville market.
