COVID-19 Information

We are dedicated to the health and well-being of our team members, residents, communities, and neighborhoods. Because of the rapidly evolving effects of COVID-19 on our communities, we have implemented a number of precautionary measures to help prevent the spread of the virus.

We have implemented the use of electrostatic hand-held sprayers daily in our leasing offices and indoor amenities, prior to the opening for the day. We have increased cleaning and sanitizing of our offices, models and vacant units and amenities. 

Community Tours

For the health and well-being of our team members, residents, and prospective residents, we are slowly re-opening our offices, per your local guidelines. Although our offices are open for in-person tours, we will continue to offer tours from the comfort of your home, via virtual tours. We can’t wait to show off our community and your new home to you. We are here for you and are dedicated to assist you in finding your new home.

Amenity Spaces

We love spending time with our residents. While we re-open our amenity spaces, please practice social distancing and abide by your local government guidelines.  We ask that you do your part to take precautions around our community by wiping down common and amenity area equipment such as pool chair, grills, fitness equipment, etc. Please be patient with us as some of our amenities may remain closed temporarily based on capacity limitations.

Remember to check your communities’ social media pages, resident portal, app, and email for updates from your local teams.
